This hotel was truly centrally situated and the staff in the reception were available at every hrs. The beds were cozy and the other guests were being typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air conditioning was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Very great hotel and great area. Unquestionably will endorse this place!

Excellent location, everything is few steps. Team are tremendous welcoming and useful and speak wonderful English. You’ll find activities every single evening and it´s an excellent way to socializing with people. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed everyday. Only thing was beds are a bit noisy but that’s really minor. Excellent value for the price!

Me and my wife stayed here for a few nights for holidays to exploring the place. Mercure Lille Centre Grand Place is located in an exceptionally central situation, it is thoroughly clean and also the beds are certainly comfy! There is just one thing I might advise heading forward and that is to provide additional hotel amenities, shower gel especially. In general, I was very pleased with this stay and will surely suggest it to anyone planning to visit Lille.

I have stayed for four days with my husband. Beds were being comfy and the space was usually clean up. The employees have been quite handy and friendly and always took care to make us feel good. Rooms are big and the closet. Bathroom have been pretty clean and the shower was good. Not a super social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.
