Stayed for three nights with my spouse. Beds were cozy and the room was usually pretty clean. The staff were being quite useful and friendly and every day took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious and the closet. The bathroom have been clean and the shower was wonderful. Not a very social hotel at least all along our stay.

Assuming that you are travelling to Verona you should book at Hotel Accademia. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are pretty nice. Also a very good vibes.
