Great my stay at Las Gaviotas Suites Hotel & Spa customer care helped me receive a new key when I requested for assistance. The breakfast and meals normally was fantastic. All the workers I contacted were very nice.

This hotel was truly centrally situated and the staff in the reception were available at all the time. The beds have been comfortable and the other guests were generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. Incredibly nice hotel and great area. I Definitely recommend this place!

The beds have been comfortable and the people in the hotel were being normally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air conditioning was off and on, but wasn´t a problem. Super location, almost everything is few steps. Staff are tremendous welcoming and helpful and talk fantastic English. You can find activities every night and it´s a very good way to meet people. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed every single day. Only thing was my bed for being somewhat noisy but that’s really small. Excellent quality for the money!
