The employees is a ten, quite attentive and pleasant. The food, the amenities, anything was Excellent. We spent an excellent stay along with the evening meal was mouth watering. We loved Silva Hotel Spa-Balmoral. We’ll repeat!

Good place, every little thing is close. Employees are tremendous friendly and useful and talk fantastic English. There are actually activities every night time and it´s an excellent way to socializing with people. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed every single day. Only thing was beds are a little squeaky but that’s really minor. Good quality for the price!

Stayed for 2 nights with my fiance. Beds ended up comfortable and the space was always pretty clean. The staff have been very handy and pleasant and every day made us feel good. Rooms are large plus the closet. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was fantastic. Not an incredibly social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.
