The service was great, every thing very new, many of the staff quite attentive and helpful. Within the dining room almost everything was tasty, good quality and really professional.

This hotel was definitely centrally located and the personnel at the reception were available at every time. The beds had been comfortable and the people in the hotel ended up normally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Incredibly good hotel and good location. Surely will suggest Hotel II Castillas Ávila!

Wonderful hotel, every little thing is few steps. Team are tremendous pleasant and helpful and talk great English. You will find activities each and every evening and it´s a great way to socializing with people. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was my bed for being a little bit squeaky but that’s pretty insignificant. Excellent quality for the money!
