Outstanding Hotel customer service helped me obtain a new key when I asked for assistance. The breakfast and foodstuff generally was excellent. All the staff members I contacted have been particularly pleasant.

Super hotel, everything is close by. Staff are super friendly and useful and speak wonderful English. There are activities just about every night and it´s an excellent way to meet people nowadays. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed everyday. Only thing was beds are somewhat noisy but that’s incredibly insignificant. Excellent quality for the price!

If you are visiting Florence you have to book at Airport Hotel. The hotel is renovated and the guest rooms are pretty nice. Also a very good vibes.

Wonderful place, every thing is within walking distance. Personnel are tremendous friendly and useful and speak great English. You will find activities each night time and it´s a fantastic way to meet people nowadays. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed daily.
