Wonderful team, pretty pleasant and helpful in particular during the day shifts. For the value its a great offer. The receptionist is amazing, knows fantastic spots to visit for travellers.

I have stayed for four nights with my spouse. Beds were being comfortable and the space was always clean up. The staff were extremely useful and friendly and every day made us feel like home. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. Bathroom have been clean and the shower was fantastic. Not an exceptionally social hotel at least all along our stay.

This hotel was really centrally situated and the personnel in the reception were there at any hours. The beds had been comfy and the people in the hotel were being generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air con was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Very great hotel and wonderful area. Surely will endorse Hotel Edelweiss!
