This hotel was definitely centrally located and the personnel at the reception were available at every time. The beds had been comfortable and the people in the hotel ended up usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Pretty great hotel and excellent location. Unquestionably will recommend Senator Gran Vía 70 Spa Hotel!

Stayed for 6 days with my spouse. Beds ended up cozy and the room was normally clean up. The staff have been very handy and pleasant and every day made us feel like home. Rooms are large and also the closet. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. Not a really social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.
