This hotel was really centrally situated and the personnel at the reception were available at any time. The beds were comfy and the other guests ended up generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was on and off, maybe my mistake using it. Really nice hotel and excellent area. I Absolutely recommend Viva Palmanova & Spa!
