The staff is a 10, really attentive and pleasant. The food, the amenities, all the things was very good. We spent an incredible stay plus the dinner was perfect. We loved Royal Phoenicia Hotel. We are going to come back there!

I have booked the room for three days with my spouse. Beds ended up comfy and the space was always pretty clean. The employees were very helpful and pleasant and constantly took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are large and also the closet. Bathroom was also very pretty clean and the shower was good. Not a really social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.

This hotel was definitely centrally positioned and the staff at the reception were available at any hours. The beds were comfy and the other guests ended up normally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was on and off, maybe my mistake using it. Really good hotel and excellent location. I Absolutely suggest this hotel!

Very great and perfectly clean hotel. The location is excellent, just what we preferred. Beds were pretty cozy. There wasn’t much about the social ambiance however it´s good for an entire night rest. I enjoyed my days here enormously and will probably book once more for my following stop by here.

I have stayed for five nights with my husband. Beds ended up comfortable and the space was normally clean. Staff members have been pretty handy and friendly and every day took care to make us feel good. Rooms are big and the closet. Bathroom was also very clean plus the shower was wonderful. Not an incredibly social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.
