Great Hotel customer care helped me get a new key After i requested for support. The breakfast and food generally speaking was best. All of the employees I contacted have been extremely enjoyable.

This hotel was really centrally located and the staff in the reception were available at all the time. The beds were comfortable and the other guests were usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Really pleasant hotel and great location. I Certainly advise First Hotel Olofström!
