The staff members is a 10, extremely attentive and welcoming. The foods, the amenities, all the things was very good. We spent a terrific stay plus the evening meal was mouth watering. We liked Hôtel Arc en Ciel. We will repeat!

Excellent place, anything is few steps. Staff are super friendly and well prepared and talk good English. There are activities each and every evening and it´s a fantastic way to socializing with persons. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed every single day. Only thing was my bed for being a tiny bit squeaky but that’s very minor. Great quality for the price!

Me and my wife stayed here for 4 nights to exploring the city. Hôtel Arc en Ciel is situated in an extremely central position, it is clean along with the beds are really comfortable! There is only one detail I might propose going forward and that’s to supply much more hotel amenities, shower gel especially. However, I had been more than happy with this choice and will surely suggest it to any one aiming to head to France.

This hotel was truly centrally situated and the staff members at the reception were available at any hours. The beds had been cozy and the people in the hotel have been generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. I have booked the room for seven nights with my husband. Beds ended up cozy and the room was usually clean. The employees were being incredibly handy and pleasant and always made us feel like home. Rooms are big along with the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean and the shower was wonderful. Not a super social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.
