Assuming that you are visiting Loano you should book at Loano 2 Village. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty clean. In general great quality and unique ambience.

I have stayed for three days with my wife. Beds ended up comfortable and the space was normally clean up. The personnel were being very helpful and welcoming and constantly took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. The bathroom was pretty clean plus the shower was wonderful. Not a really social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.
