Hotel Alpenheim

This hotel was truly centrally located and the personnel at the reception were there at all the time. The beds ended up cozy and the people in the hotel were typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was off and on, but they fix it. Pretty awesome hotel and great area. Surely will suggest this hotel!

If you are travelling to Ortisei (St.Ulrich) you have to reserve a room here. The hotel is renovated and the guest rooms are pretty clean. And a spectacular atmosphere.

Excellent hotel, every thing is nearby. Staff members are super welcoming and useful and speak great English. There are activities each and every night and it´s a good way to socializing with people. Rooms and services are good and towels changed daily. Only problem was beds are a little squeaky but that’s really minor. Fantastic value for the price!

I have booked the room for 3 nights with my fiance. Beds were being comfy and the room was always pretty clean. The personnel were extremely handy and pleasant and every day made us feel like home. Rooms are spacious and the closet. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was good. Not a super social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.
