Good workers, pretty pleasant and useful specially during the day shifts. For the worth its an outstanding offer. The receptionist is brilliant, knows great spots to visit for travellers.

This hotel was really centrally located and the staff members on the reception were available at every hrs. The beds have been comfortable and the other guests have been typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air-con was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Quite nice hotel and terrific area. I Absolutely endorse Old Black Lion!

Extremely pleasant and clean place. The placement is great, precisely what we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable. There wasn’t a great deal of the social ambiance but surely is excellent for a complete night relaxation. I liked my stay here enormously and will probably book once more for my up coming stop by to Hay On Wye.

Good hotel, every little thing is nearby. Personnel are super welcoming and handy and talk great English. There are activities each and every night and it´s a good way to meet persons. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed daily. Only thing was beds are a bit squeaky but that’s quite small. Fantastic quality for the price!
