Chalet Schwalbennest

This hotel was really centrally positioned and the staff in the reception were there at any hours. The beds had been cozy and the people in the hotel had been usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was off and on, couldn´t fix it at the end. Extremely pleasant hotel and terrific area. Surely will recommend Chalet Schwalbennest!

I have stayed for five nights with my wife. Beds were being cozy and the space was normally clean up. Staff members have been really helpful and pleasant and every day made us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean and the shower was excellent. Not a super social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.

I have stayed for four days with my fiance. Beds were being comfortable and the space was usually clean. The staff were being pretty handy and welcoming and every day took care to make us feel good. Rooms are spacious and the closet. The bathroom was clean plus the shower was super cool. Not a really social hotel at least all along our stay.

If you are visiting Zermatt you should book this hotel. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are very nice. A very nice place in general and the atmosphere was wonderful.
