This hotel was truly centrally located and the staff at the reception were there at all the hours. The beds have been comfortable and the other guests were being typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was on and off, but they fix it. Very awesome hotel and great area. I Definitely endorse Sylvern House!

Fantastic place, anything is few steps. Staff are super welcoming and helpful and speak great English. You will find activities each and every night time and it´s a great way to socializing with people. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was beds are a little bit squeaky but that’s pretty small. Great quality for the price!

If you are visiting Scarborough you have to book a room here. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the rooms are pretty clean. Also a very good vibes.
