Great hotel, everything is few steps. Staff members are super welcoming and well prepared and talk wonderful English. There are actually activities just about every evening and it´s a great way to meet people nowadays. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed on a daily basis. Only problem was my bed for being somewhat noisy but that’s extremely small. Great quality for the money!

Me and my husband stayed at the hotel for 4 days for holidays to exploring the city. The Berkeley Guest House is located in an exceedingly central placement, it is clean along with the beds are very cozy! There is only one point I might suggest going forward and that’s to provide additional hotel amenities, shower gel specifically. In general, I had been more than happy with this place and would certainly recommend it to any one wanting to head to Eastbourne.

Great location and superior rooms.

Incredibly great and clean place. The location is great, exactly what we preferred. Beds were pretty cozy. There wasn’t much about the social environment but it´s excellent for a complete night relaxation. I liked my days here enormously and will most likely book once more for my up coming stop by here.

This hotel was definitely centrally located and the staff at the reception were there at every hours. The beds ended up comfy and the other guests ended up generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice. The air-con was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Quite wonderful hotel and fantastic location. I Certainly endorse The Berkeley Guest House!

Super location, every thing is close by. Staff are super friendly and handy and speak fantastic English. You can find activities each and every evening and it´s an excellent way to socializing with people today. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed every single day. Only problem was beds are a little bit squeaky but that’s quite small. Good value for the price!

Me and my family stayed at The Berkeley Guest House for 5 days to exploring the city. The Berkeley Guest House is situated in an exceptionally central posture, it’s clean and also the beds are incredibly cozy! There is just one matter I would suggest going ahead and that is to offer extra hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. Over-all, I had been very pleased with this place and will surely suggest it to anyone aiming to drop by Eastbourne.
