The booking process is quite simple and intuitive, the hotel and restaurant services is great, quite attentive and helpful, the hotel is renovated and the rooms are very thoroughly clean.

I have stayed for two nights with my wife. Beds were comfortable and the space was usually clean. The employees were being quite handy and friendly and constantly made us feel good. Rooms are spacious and also the closet. The bathroom have been clean and the shower was good. Not a very social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.

Extremely nice and clean place. The placement is excellent, just what we preferred. Beds ended up incredibly comfortable. There wasn’t much of the social environment but it really is very good for a full night relaxation. I loved my days here enormously and will most likely reserve yet again for my future come to Coulsdon.
