I have booked the room for 4 nights with my husband. Beds were comfy and the room was normally clean up. Staff members were being very helpful and welcoming and constantly took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are big plus the closet. Bathroom was also very pretty clean and the shower was great. Not a really social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.

Me and my kids stayed here for a couple of days to checking out the city. Tryp Madrid Atocha Hotel is found in a really central place, it is thoroughly clean plus the beds are very cozy! There is only one point I might propose going ahead and that is to offer additional hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. Over-all, We were very happy with this place and will surely endorse it to any one trying to head to Madrid.

This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the personnel from the reception were there at all the hours. The beds have been comfortable and the people in the hotel ended up typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was on and off, but wasn´t a problem.
